I realize I have been focusing my energies on my case study portfolio this time around but I also realize that when you have been to a place before, sometimes you don't stop and think about how new and wonderful and amazing it all is -- we become accustomed so quickly. 

Today I was walking home and thinking about how beautiful the clouds over Amman are, when I realized that I pass this beautiful mosque daily but never stop to capture it's beauty. So today I did!

This is an old mosque near my house, and it has a very distinctive style -- almost Ottoman with the strange shape of the minarets. It is hard sometimes to take advantage of living in such a lovely place when I am focused on my research, but I know that I need to!
